The Impact of Excessive Screen Time on Children's Health

Excessive screen time has become a growing concern for children's health, affecting their physical, mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being. Studies show that prolonged use of digital devices can lead to issues such as poor self-control, emotional disregulation, sleep disturbances, and attention disorders. Understanding these risks is crucial for parents and caregivers to encourage healthier screen habits and promote a balanced lifestyle for children.
